Discover Something to Motivate You to Exercise

Even though most people are aware of how significant exercise is to weight reduction, many have trouble making themselves do it. There are others who never can seem to find the time. Reality is that developing an exercise routine can be difficult when you are starting out. The key is developing a lifestyle that is accommodating to an exercise routine.

One thing is for sure: you need to get involved with an exercise plan that will keep your attention. In other words, I want you to be involved in exercises that you enjoy. This will make it natural to get into the daily routine since you want to do it.

You can even stay home and exercise. For many people this is key because the time and effort it takes to go to a gym often precludes participation in an exercise program. I use a spare bedroom, but I don’t have fancy equipment as you might expect. I don’t need it and neither do you. What you do need is a balance ball and weights that can be adjusted. A mat helps as well as a stationary bicycle. That’s it. You don’t need a lot to get a fat loss program going. By having a way to exercise at home, you will find that it is easy to work out when you don’t have to go across town. The truth is that many people don’t exercise because they don’t like where they exercise.

What I want you to think about is what might make your exercise time more fun. Whatever you do, you will find that building it on the foundation of activities you enjoy is the key to developing a lifetime of fitness.

You can begin your fitness program together with a good diet.    You can find tips for both in the Fat Loss Factor.

Perhaps one of the greatest MMA fighters was Chuck Liddell.    Chuck was the undisputed Light Heavyweight Champion...for a

In the Video below Ex-UFC Champ Chuck Liddell And top ranking contender Glover Teixeira give us a few striking tips while in Tokyo to help promote the UFC Japan 2013 event.

I love kickboxing, not only is it a great way to keep in shape, and release some stress...it is a great way to learn how to defend yourself if shit goes down.    Obviously you should not try to do these techniques on your own, seek out the advice of a qualified and certified coach to teach you.    You can check out my classes here.

Alistair Overeem vs. Chuck Liddell - Full Fight (Classic)

In this classic fight below, you can see what kind of damage the overhand right that Chuck shows you in the video above.    Alistair Overeem is a beast of a fight that is a contender in the UFC...you can read more about him here.

The Secret Ninja Home Workout

I regularly workout at home and one of  my favourite ways to do this is to do tabata rounds.

There is a great video below that gives you a great way to get in a workout with a backpack and several bags of rice.

You can follow along and do the same basic exercises and you add to the difficulty by adding more weight, or more reps.

Here is what I do for my home workouts:

  • Tabata Style (8 Rounds for 20 seconds, with a 10 second break between reps)
  • I split it up and do with one exercise I like, and one exercise I hate
  • Try to exercise good form
  • I will do 2 - 3 Tabata Rounds on my days off targetting a set of major muscle groups

So for example today I am doing 3 tabata rounds with a two min break between rounds.   (20 min workout)

  • Round #1 - Wide Grip Push Ups, and Bicycle Crunches (20 sec push up, 10 sec break, 20 second Bicycle Crunches, 10 sec break) repeat 4 times in a row...this should last 4 min
  • Round # 2 - Iso Squats with a Plate, and Mountain Climbers (20 sec Squats, 10 sec break, 20 second Mountain Climbers, 10 sec break) repeat 4 times in a row...this should last 4 min
  • Round #3 - Pull Ups on the Bar, Knee ups on the Bar (20 sec Pull Ups, 10 sec break, 20 second Hanging knee ups on bar, 10 sec break) repeat 4 times in a row...this should last 4 min

Go for quality over quantity, use a timer or an APP on your Ipad to count down to 20 and give you the 10 secon break warning...record per round how many quality reps you can do, and set a goal to try and beat it by one everyday.

Enjoy this Ninja Workout....

Here's a great little workout video that is guaranteed to get your blood pumping and burn some calories.

I love doing bootcamps, its a great way to blast your whole body and get in a good workout.

If your looking to lose weight, it takes some discipline and a change of your habits...after all its the bad habits that got you where you are.    I can help...losing weight is easy when you know how.

I recommend that you work out at least twice a week, and stabalize your diet by eating more meals with less calories...you need to stablize your blood sugar and burn fat, not muscle.    Also make sure that your body gets the proper rest it needs, you will be more productive and accomplish more.

I am a big fan of supplimenting your diet, and I recommend Ocean Avenue's WAV Suppliment Line...you can read more about it HERE   The Ocean Avenue Shakes are delicious, and gluton free without the added junk.

I do all types of workouts...but because of my name "The Farming Ninja" I love to infuse the martial arts into my workouts...if you live in the Greater Toronto (Canada) area and your looking to lose a few pounds and have fun doing it...call or text me at the number above, or connect with me on my social channels.

You can check out my fitness packages here,  I specialize in complete body transformation ninja style.

Enjoy the workout and if you like this post, give it some social love and leave your comments.
