Dieting is a thing of the past. While restricting calories (calories in vs. calories out) or carbohydrates will initially cause weight loss, both methods will unfortunately lead to an immovable and impenetrable plateau once your body reaches its set point (the weight your body wants to weigh where it gets stuck).
Even worse, caloires or carbohydrate restriction will cause low blood sugar, leading to low energy, cravings and, most importantly, a loss of lean muscle mass. Because fat is primarily burned within muscle and muscle increases the rate at which your body burns calories, losing muscle will only show your metabolism.

- 1 Scoop of RVL shake Mix
- 3 cubes of Ice
- A Banana
- A scoop of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 a cup of raw Spinach
- a shot or two of Mmun, Active, and Pulse
- 1/2 a cup of Water
Blend with a magic bullet or just hit puree on the blender. If its too thick just add a bit more water and chug it down. Instead of my morning coffee I also crack open a can of EMV and I am good to go. Drink lots of water throughout the day and use a reusable water bottle....we have enough plastic floating around in the Ocean.
