You don't need weights or a gym to develop super human strength. Check out the video below....this takes all kinds of practice....but only using your body weight and gravity. Find a playground and start busting out some chin ups & pull ups. Start by doing as many reps as you can pump out, and go for 5 sets of that. Week #2 aim for a rep count higher than last week. Enjoy.
