Losing Weight is healthy choice, with obesity rates soring...people need to avoid overeating and follow a sensable wellness plan...if what your doing isn't giving you the results you do something different to get the results you want....always consult with your doctor or nutritionist, to aid you in becoming the new you
Here are three straight forward tips to incorporate into your wellness plan:
- Go to sleep. Getting enough sleep every night keeps you slim. Why? When your body doesn't get the 7 to 8 hours it needs every night, it doesn't get a full resupply of serotonin and dopamine, two feel-good brain chemicals it craves. So it looks for ways to replenish them, and guess what immediately releases both in the body: sugary foods. That's why when you're tired you start craving sweets! So tuck yourself in early and stay slim.
- Move more. Sounds obvious, right? But this doesn't necessarily mean that you have to exercise. For some people, exercise works against them. If you complete a hard workout in the morning and then spend the rest of day laying on the couch, you will probably end up burning fewer calories from movement than a person who does not exercise and who makes non-exercise activity a part of their daily habit
- Count your Calories and Eat Smaller more Frequent Meals. I know this sounds crazy, but hear me out. Its about stabilizing your blood sugar and feeding yourself the right amounts. For the average man you should have about 400 - 500 calories per meal 6 times per day, and for women about 250 - 350 calories per day...depending on your height and weight. If you eat more frequently, in smaller amounts your blood sugar is stable and your burning off fat as opposed to muscle.
Its important that you exercise, eat right, and allow your body rest...if you treat it right, it will leave you feeling alot better.
