Each class is completely different so your workout stays interesting and mentally stimulating and you continuously see results throughout the year. Working on principles of functional fitness and muscle confusion, MMA conditioning drills help develop your cardio, abs, balance, agility, reflexes, strength, and of course, your survival instincts. The principles are used by some of the most elite military units as well as professional fighters from around the world when they need to get in prime shape in a short period. You do the class according to your own level, if there is something too challenging or you have a pre-existing nagging injury, we always show you an easier alternative, so you get results, not excuses.

All MMA Conditioning classes are non-contact—leave your protective gear at home.  Just bring your water bottle and a towel.
