Ninja Bootcamp with the Farming Ninja
Ninja boot camp is not your typical boot camp, not only will your muscles burn from innovative strength and agility drills you will awaken your inner Bruce Lee with fun and easy to learn punching and kicking techniques.
Infused with some kicking music this class will have you hooked after the first day. If your looking for a fun team building class, this is it.

Contact Garry for more details. Class sizes are 10 - 16 people and can be held in your gym, or come to one the classes around the city.
Class Length – 1 hour - Group of 10 or More
Fitness Requirements – Fill out a par-q (participant activity survey) no previous martial arts experience require, beginners are always welcome
Class Format - each class will change in content however follow a similar format
· 5 min warm up
· 5 min agility drills
· 10 min S & C - dynamic body weight training
· 25 min of (kicks, punches, knees, elbows)
· 5 min Ab lab
· 5 min MMA stretch
Equipment required: (for the typical class striking drills are on focus mitts and short water breaks are provided)
· Gym clothes
· Hand Wraps or Gloves preferable
· Shin Guards
· Proper foot ware
Target Audience: Anyone that feel’s like they need to get that chip off their shoulder and bust up some focus pads (women only classes available). Don't like getting hit, neither do we. Each class is designed to be fun, challenging and burn allot of calories.
