Thai Pad Workout

Wanna just bust up some Thai Pads or Focus Mitts?    Wanna let out all your aggression, and learn great striking techniques?   Garry can put you through some innovative free style pad work, that is guaranteed to improve your striking and conditioning.      This specialized workout is flexible, and highly effective and can be in a class setting with 10 or more people or one on one.  Bookings are made for either 30 min or 60 min if you can handle it.    You will need your own hand wraps, gloves, and shin guards for your own protection.      Learn MMA infused pad work drills, used by professional fighters today.   Beginners are welcome and workouts vary on the skill level of the individual.        Contact Garry for more information.

Class size:  is 2 - 4 people and sold on a per person basis - done outside at my home gym.
Format - Warm up, Light Stretch, Pad Work, Cool Down
When - Monday between 11 - 2 pm - (40 Min Blocks)
